These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Top Kissimmee Movers, including but not limited to local moving, long-distance moving, residential and commercial moving, packing and unpacking services, and storage solutions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All moves must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our online booking form.
A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. The amount will be communicated during booking.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.
All payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via cash, major credit/debit cards, and other forms as communicated in advance.
Hourly moves will be charged based on actual time worked, with minimum hours applicable where stated.
Additional charges may apply for fuel, travel time, stairs, heavy items, or specialty services.
Top Kissimmee Movers is fully licensed and insured for your protection.
Basic valuation coverage is included, which covers a set amount per pound per item (usually $0.60 per pound).
We strongly recommend purchasing third-party insurance for full replacement value coverage.
We are not liable for items packed by the customer unless there is clear evidence of mishandling.
It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any special handling needs (e.g., pianos, safes, antiques, fragile items).
The customer must ensure clear access to the loading and unloading areas.
All valuables, important documents, cash, and jewelry must be removed prior to the move.
The customer must review and sign the bill of lading and inventory sheet before and after the move.
We reserve the right to refuse service for illegal items, hazardous materials, perishable goods, or improperly packed boxes.
We do not move firearms, live animals, explosives, flammable liquids, or any item prohibited by law.
For safety reasons, we may refuse to move items that are excessively heavy or unsafe to transport.
While we strive to meet scheduled times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will communicate updates and work to reschedule as quickly as possible.
We are not liable for losses due to delays outside our control.
Any damage or loss must be reported in writing within 72 hours of the completed move.
Claims must be accompanied by photos, receipts, or documentation for review.
Our team will investigate all claims fairly and communicate a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
Your personal information is protected and used only for the purpose of providing services and improving your customer experience.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Osceola County, Florida.
